Peace Filter analyzes wording before you send only when it is turned on. Results are not stored or used for AI training.
Sent messages can't be edited or deleted
Once sent, messages can't be edited or deleted, so your conversations stay exactly as they were.
Choose to keep records when you leave
When deleting your account, you can choose to keep your records for 1, 3, or 5 years. Otherwise they are erased after a 7-day recovery period.

Basic messaging, Care Calendar, and automatic receipt categories are free. Peace Filter AI, Clear Book settlements, and Safe Record are available with Premium (₩7,900/month) or the Together Plan (₩12,900/month), and you can try them first with a 14-day free trial.
Yes, both parents need to install isollet. You can connect with each other using an invite code.
All conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest, and each message records the time it was sent. A feature for verifying tampering with hash values and timestamps will launch together with Safe Record.
Only when Peace Filter is turned on, and only to analyze the wording of a message before you send it. Analysis results are not stored, drafts you don't send are not recorded, and nothing is used for AI training. You can turn Peace Filter off in Settings at any time.
Peace Filter uses generative AI (Anthropic's Claude) to analyze the wording of your messages and suggest gentler phrasing. Suggested sentences are generated by AI, and you always decide whether to send them.

When you delete your account, your records are erased after a 7-day recovery period. If you want to keep them in case of a legal dispute, you can request record retention when you delete your account (choose 1, 3, or 5 years). Canceling a subscription is different from deleting your account — your records stay if you only cancel.
Yes, isollet works for every kind of co-parenting arrangement.
You can cancel anytime. If you cancel during the 14-day free trial, you won't be charged. If you haven't used any paid features within 7 days of payment, you'll get a full refund. If you cancel an annual plan partway through, we'll refund the remaining period. Your records stay intact even after you cancel.
One parent purchases the Together Plan and connects with the other parent, and both get full Premium features. Both parents have exactly the same access, and the paying parent can't see anything extra about the other parent's records. If payment stops, both accounts return to the Free plan, and all records are kept.
